The role

Job description

Benefits Representative, Globe Life · The Radu Group, Liberty National Division. Lisle, Illinois, serving the greater Chicagoland area. New hires receive extensive training in every part of the role.

What you will do

Visit existing and new businesses in person
Network with clients to grow your book of business
Present Liberty National's company approved benefits presentation
Meet employees one on one during enrollments
Provide exceptional service to every active client after the sale
Keep your activity reports up to date

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent
Comfort with phone and face to face conversations
A professional demeanor: dress, work ethic and a positive attitude
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
One year of customer service experience, preferred but not required
Willingness to earn your life and health insurance license; we support you through it

Do I need insurance experience?

No. We welcome people from every professional background, whether you are changing careers or coming right out of school. You will need to earn your life and health insurance license, and we help you through it.

Is this in person or remote?

The role is in person. You visit businesses and municipalities across Chicagoland and meet employees face to face. Interviews happen by video.

What kind of businesses will I work with?

Employers of every kind, from schools and municipalities to manufacturers and healthcare groups, who want to offer their people life and supplemental health benefits.

How am I paid?

The role is commission based, with renewal income on the policies you write, plus bonuses, contests and recognition. What you earn depends on your own effort and results.

Where is the office?

2443 Warrenville Rd, Suite 130, Lisle, Illinois 60532. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Can I grow into leadership?

Yes. We want people who want to fast track into leadership, and our Leadership Academy is built for exactly that, all the way to building an agency of your own.
